僕はブログを作って放置してを繰り返してるんだけど、もともと最初のきっかけは自分が作った菓子の記録と自分の減量の記録をつけたい、ということでした。ただ写真のアップの仕方がわからず、残念ながら一度も菓子の記録として使われることはありませんでした。でもでも、hatenaって写真アップできるんだねー。先週初めて知りましたよ。

菓子作り

菓子作りとは縁のある環境で育ったものの、日本にいる時はあまり自分で作ったことはありませんでした。でもでも、物を作る事は嫌いではないし、菓子は比較的にいろんな場所や機会で喜んでもらえるので、作ってて、食べてもらって、趣味としては楽しいです。

モチベーション

今回レアチーズケーキに至ったモチベーションは、

１．簡単に複数人でシェアできる、人数分を個々に作らなくてもいいお菓子を作れるようになりたくて

２．材料をかき混ぜるだけの簡単なレシピを発見

３．レアチーってイケてる横文字だし（でも和菓子の方が好きだけど）

４．友人の誕生日だった（おめでとー）

５．サンクスギビングだし何か作るかなー

と言った展開です。ただ残念ながら、毎工程で何か面白いハプニングと試練があるような一時期のASAYANのような面白い日記にはなりません。

調理

１．クラッカーを潰す

潰して、溶かしたバターと混ぜて、クラストを作ります。アルミのトレイに敷き詰めます。

２．同時進行でうどん

おなかがすいていたので、うどんを食うことにしました。うどんを鍋で煮ます。

３．れあちぃ

クリームチーズ、砂糖、重乳、レモン絞り、バニラエッセンス、ヨーグルトを入れて混ぜます、とりあえず混ぜます。

４．うどんができた

おなかがすいていたので、うどんを鍋から直接食べます。鍋はコンロの上に載ったままです。行儀が悪いです。おばあちゃんに見られたら怒られます。

５．クラストの上に流す

３で混ぜ終わったレアチーの元に、溶かしたゼラチンを入れて更に混ぜます。ここで３時間くらい長電話をすると、そのまま入れ物の中で固まってしまいますので気をつけて下さい。１で作ったクラストの上に流します。

６．うどんを完食

おいしかったですね。

７．冷蔵庫で冷やす

冷やしてる間に地味に洗い物をしてます。これも大事な仕事です。うどん食ってなければ、全部で３０分くらいでできたと思います。

備考

忘れないうちに、ちょっとノート。

－クラストは、クラッカーをちゃんと潰さないと上手に詰まらない。

－クラッカーはちゃんとグラハムクラッカーを使う

－砂糖少なすぎ、ヨーグルト多すぎ

－見た目を気にするなら、レアチーの元を全部移そうとしない（頑張って容器に付いたのをスプーンで移すと、出来上がりの表面が平らじゃなくなってしまう）

－アルミホイルで蓋をすると、下にくっ付いてしまう。

まあまあ美味かった気がする

ケーキの中・表面にブルーベリーソースか何かで縞模様っぽいのを作りたいんだけど、やり方知ってる人いたら教えてください。（イメージはこんなの。）
